How do I make a car purchase with Boro’s financing service?

A Boro auto loan allows you to purchase a vehicle from any dealership within our covered states. Either prior to, or after visiting the dealership you will purchase your car from, fill out the online application and we will get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

How do I make the down payment?

You will make the down payment at the dealership. Cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer are generally accepted at dealerships. Please contact your dealership for details.

What documents should I bring when picking up my car at the dealership?

Please bring the original copy of your passport or US driver’s license and proof of auto insurance if purchased in advance. You can contact your dealership for information about purchasing auto insurance.

How do I apply for a personal loan?

After determining what you would like to purchase with your Boro personal loan, start a personal loan application. Fill in the required information including a website link to the product you intend to purchase and create a Boro account.

Can international students apply for auto and personal loans?

Yes. In fact, Boro provides loan services for F-1 / OPT / H1B / J1 / L / O-1/ G and Green Card holders.

Can I lease a used car?

Yes, you definitely can. Although the model year must be 2015 or newer with 36k miles or less.
